Owner of Stilleto and forever a stylist at heart, Mel has been in the hair business since 2004.  She's a pro at corrective colour and always up for the challenge of restoring hair back to your desired shade with quality and longevity.   And, while her whole team is known for their exceptional work with blonde hair,  she would be considered the resident master.  Mel's favourite part of being a stylist is listening to her clients stories,  and the memories made when doing hair for special occasions like proms and weddings. When she's not  managing the salon or being a top notch stylist, you'll find her spending time with loved ones, crafting, travelling, relaxing by her pool or hitting up a wine tour.

A stylist since 2005, Samantha has graced Stilleto Salon  - scissors in hand - for 15 1/2 years. She’s a seasoned stylist and the 'go to' for the latest colour trends and  barbering techniques.  Building relationships with her clients, and witnessing the difference a great hairstyle can make to their confidence is hands down her favourite aspect of being a stylist.  When she isn’t at the salon putting smiles on her clients faces, she's thinking about the ultimate Halloween costume, spending time outdoors with her husband and boys,  camping, biking, and looking for her next adventure!

A stylist since 2015, and a member of the Stilleto Salon family for 5 years now, Carla is a standout at babylights, balayage and foiling.  She takes great satisfaction in making her clients look great and walk away feeling happy and confident.  When she's not busy making people look and feel their best, she’s woodworking, enjoying the outdoors, sitting around a campfire, camping, playing with her sweet little pooch, and hanging out with friends and family.   @carla.rooyakers.mua

The newest addition to our Stilleto team, Tessa has added so much to our salon in the short 9 months since she's joined us.  She brings with her a flare for long, layered looks and is a Licensed Fusion Hair Extension technician.  Nothing makes her happier on the job than watching her clients fall in love with their hair.  On Tessa's days off bringing that 'something special' to the salon, you can find her looking after her horses, playing with her dog, heading out to a concert or listening to Taylor Swift on repeat @tessadoesmyhair

Katie has been making Stilleto clients feel relaxed, refreshed and pampered for over 3 years now. She builds great connections with her clients and her calming touch and attention to detail make her the perfect person to provide the spa experience. A whiz at skincare, and certified to use medical grade Dermologica products, Katie’s favourite service to offer is a customized facial. When she's not pampering her clients, she's spending time with family, friends, her purrrfect kitty cat and  searching out and trying the latest and greatest in all things cosmetics! 

 Maleah’s a graduate of the Voila Institute of Hair Design, and is now a full time member of the Stilleto team. She loves engaging with the clients and providing tip top services of all types. Some of Maleahs favorites are: haircuts, foilyages, and formal styling! Her favorite part of being a stylist is providing services that make people feel beautiful and more confident within themselves. Even though Maleah is a little bit more shy then the rest of us, she will provide you with outstanding services and you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.  When she’s not in the salon, you can find her traveling the world, playing competitive broomball, she loves to bake, but most of all she enjoys spending time with her family, not to mention she loves her furbabies Bensen and Oakley.
